Office Home & Business - No communicator?

Hi all, i have just bought Office for Mac 2011 - Home & Business but there is no communicator with it, i thought it was a standard part of the suite?

Is there a way to get Communicator on it's own? As the Microsoft website is no help.

The download link for Microsoft Communicator is here. Make sure you run the MS software updater after downloading Communicator as there are updates to it.
