A note of caution.... A dust cover can be dangerous to use on your iMac as it will cover the exhaust vents at the top of the display. If you put your iMac to sleep or if the display time out kicks in and you forget the machine is still on and then cover it, that's not going to be good for the machine.
I use the Black in Color RadTech ScreenSavrz and love it. However, I only put it on when I shut my iMac totally off. Don't put it on when or if you just put it to sleep (covers exhaust vent). Good advice from "chscag".

That's even a better idea, except again take caution to make sure the machine is completely off.

Keep a microfiber cloth handy and just dust it off? It's going to get dust on it when you use it anyway.

I have just purchased my first Mac, IMac 27, after using for two days, the experiance is pretty good, i am a Photographer, Qualified, just Hobby now, and the odd Portrait or Wedding, i use Lightroom for the odd tweak,anyway, reading your article on covers, if i get a roll of Bin Bags, sell you one half the price of the one shown, i'll get rich....At the moment i don.t want mine covering up! i love seeing peoples jaws drop..
