Biggest Gripes About the Apple Store - Yahoo! Finance

The most common complaints on online message boards like AppleInsider.com, MacForums.com and Yelp.com seem to be directed toward the store’s staff: a blue-shirted army some customers contend can come across as smug.

Seems odd for a Y! article to post a news article just at this time when their stocks are hovering at an all time high. That's some great research they done...no quotes or anything from those them mention, like MF. I can't ever remember reading something about smug Apple store reps on here.

Neither can I, as far as I remember, almost everybody here seems to enjoy the Apple store, and give it a positive review.

I'm sure they have some, but I have never personally met a smug or otherwise discourteous Apple employee.

Typical lazy reporting. Use the most ambiguous citations possible knowing it's almost impossible to refute. Classic fallacy.

What amazes me is that it's on the front page of Yahoo, that and the lame, factually incorrect comments left by some beings of lesser intelligence. The incompetency level of some people truly baffles me.

Pick any article on Yahoo...or CNN...etc etc - and reading the comments will be a scary eye opener. These guys are actually allowed to vote....

Mac users, who have the best software, the most stylish computers and avoid all the virus issues of Windows, are rightly a bit smug sometimes.!

The comments are the best part of any article. They're part of the reason that I'm an "amateur misanthropist." ;)

Nice one. I actually had to look that one up. My vocabulary must be slipping a bit.
