iPhone 4s will not come on

My iPhone 4s went to sleep and will not come back on. Battery was fully charged. Pushing and holding the reset button does nothing. Can't call Apple because phone is dead.

Any suggestions?

Hold both the home and power button for a few seconds and see if the device will restart.

Glad that worked, something must be gone wrong when it went to sleep. This is a great way of resetting the device if you can't use the standard holding power button to get the sliding power off icon..
