I own a Blackberry Curve 3G 9300 and a MacBookPro bought mid 2010. If I rest my blackberry, or any other bb of the same model, on the laptop to left of the touch pad and drag it to the left whilst leaving it in contact with the laptop, my machine logs me out.
It does not close any applications/programs and i can log back in within 30seconds so it doesn't "crash" my machine.
No other phones that I have tried this with have any effect whatsoever, no matter the model. My housemate with the same Mac has the same problem when I tried on his computer.
What is going on and is it harming my computer?
