Same login profile for all new users

I want to create 1 master image using Deploy Studio to image all new machines for all staff. All users have their own user name and password. I would like to create a default profile that when a new user logs in they get a standardized profile configured with our default settings such as dock preferences, safari home pages, etc. I know there was some discussion about doing this in Leopard and Snow Leopard (although it still wasn't as nice as copying the profile in Windows XP) but can't figure our how to do it in Lion. Can anyone assist me with this?
