Upgrading my iMac

Hi everyone.

I'm looking to upgrade my iMac if that's possible.

I've already boosted the RAM to 6gb (it was 4) and will
push to the maximum of 8gb.

Is there anything else I can pay to upgrade like
+ Graphics Card
+ HDD
+ Or even the RAM?

What else is upgradeable?

So if it's possible to do any of these, or am I just
better off buying a higher spec mac.

Adding more RAM won't do you a lick of good unless you are using applications that are RAM-hungry. And no, there's nothing else you can upgrade. Whether or not you are better off buying a higher specced Mac depends on what your needs are and why you feel your current system is inadequate.

Yeh I'm using software such as Prem pro and After effects which eat most of the ram..
Was hoping the Graphics card etc. could be changed if I paid for it.

I also have some spec hungry games I play that lag

The Graphics card in your iMac is un-upgradeable no matter what unfortunately. You could get more ram as you suggested. You could also put in an SSD if you feel the need, some say that boosts performance quite a bit.

You can always put a bigger HD if you need more space too.
