If you're looking for Apps for your iPhone the best place to start is the iTunes App store. You'll need an Apple ID and a credit card.

Boredom cannot really be fixed by apps, in and of themselves. Developing wider interests, challenging yourself, going outside, making new friends, reading more books and developing hobbies that may or may not employ apps/computers/mobile devices ... THAT kills boredom.
