the short cut hot keys for screen shot doesn't work!

Hi.
The short cut keys for screen capture doesn't work today on my OSX leopard!
I checked the preference for keyboard and command+shift+3(4) is surely checked but doesn't work! Almost other short cut , like command+c (for copy), command+shift +/ (for help), does work, though.
Help me.

Try a screen capture utility, like SimpleCap, which will run in the menubar. It's free. I can never remember those blasted shortcuts myself.

Although… I am a bit concerned that the shortcuts don't work to begin with for you. Have you tried both command/shift keys to see if maybe one side isn't working?
