SketchBook Pro, Half of window stuck at top of screen!!

I have no idea what to do! On my application, SketchbookPro, half of the screen is stuck at the top (title bar). I can't move it around, I am only able to change the size. While I am on the application, I can't see the menu bar! Need help fast!:Shouting::Oops:
