Quicktime movies in Safari play outside of frame

When I play an mpg file from a link in Safari, the video is always displayed outside of the QT frame, offset from where it should be.

What could be the problem? I am running 10.4.3 and Safari 2.0.2 with Saft and Pithhelmet plugins.

This does not happen in Firefox or Opera.
