I'm having a problem with selecting fonts. It seems not all the fonts are not available in the interface builder. What happens in the font always looks the same for most of the fonts. Not even bold or italic works. Some example fonts that don't work are comic sans and copperplate. The fonts work like normal in other programs like openoffice.

Dont use the program but are you sure it allows you to use comic sans - seems just a little below Apple's interface guidelines

That's what I was saying, it doesn't allow me to use comic sans, it just uses some default font. So basically Apple doesn't want me to use that font? Why is that? I actually want to use a digital clock type font for a type of timer. Can I not use that?

I would try the Apple developer forums then
