FLAC to MP3 converter

I'm looking for a FLAC to MP3 converter. I have live versions of a couple of songs that I want to have on my iTunes/iPod but don't have a converter. Since I have a very small number, I'm really not looking to buy a converter. Not that big of an audiophile (?) that I need it.

So I did a google and found NCH software, which has a version for OSX and it is free. Has anyone had any experience with them? Or know of another one?

Switch can be good, and can also be kinda suckish.

I can also vouch for XLD. I have used it myself in the past and it works flawlessly. I used it for converting FLAC to Apple Lossless.

Its really fast too because it takes advantage of multi-core CPUs.

Just for another option, and one that I personally find far less fiddly than XLD, try Max. Quick and better at ripping CD than iTunes.

The free MediaHuman will do the job as well, and it's prettier to look at than XLD or Max.
