OS X will not boot after I used a LinuxMCE live CD. I did not use it to modify anything on the hard drive. Now when it boots, I get the apple logo and pinwheel for about a minute and then a circle with a slash through it. I also cannot boot from the LinuxMCE live CD or an Ubuntu live Cd. I can select partitions when booting, one is the main the other is a recovery partition, neither work. I have also tried booting to single user mode and it it keeps searching for root until I shut it down.
The laptop is the MacBook Aluminum Unibody, I replaced the stock hard drive with an Intel SSD.
