Where can I find Jar Bundler?

So I am trying to compile a little java program into a .app, but I cannot find the Jar Bundler application. On the Apple support page it says that it is installed with XCode, but I cannot find it in the specified location or by doing a system search. Does anyone know how/where I can get it?

I did a search in Spotlight and it came up in /usr/share/java/Tools. Did you check there?

It's not there. The only thing that is, is Java VisualVM.
Also, I hava Xcode version 3.2.6 and Mac OS 10.6.8, if that makes any difference

It might (I'm running Xcode 4 on Lion). Have you tried searching for it with Spotlight? As I noted, I did and I had a result right away.

The only other source I could find was /Developer/Applications/Utilities. See page 6 of the Jar Bundler guide for more (here).

If it's not there, we can do a search. Execute the following from the command line: If that doesn't find it, then you don't have it. Try reinstalling Xcode if this is the case.

Still didn't find it Oh well, I'll just reinstall XCode. Thank you for your help.

Ugh, I just finished a reinstall and I still can't find it! The only thing I found this time was a broken alias in /Developer/Applications/Utilities/Tools
