Just wondering if anyone knows how hot a powermac G5 should run, mine runs at about 56 degrees Celsius when its idling and gets up to around 75 degrees Celsius when doing something more intensive. I know my MDD only runs about 60 degrees max.

P.S. I used istat menus to obtain this information.

Those temps don't seem to be abnormal to me at all. I used to own a PowerMac G5, the Quad core model to be exact, and it would throw off so much heat it would be comparable to running a small space heater full blast for 5+ hours a day. :p
