Is it possible to transfer a file from my powerbook at home to my pc at work while i'm in the office?

ibook G4 12 inch running mac os 10.4 with: 60 gb HD+256 mb ram+Radeon 9200
You would either need a VPN (virtual private network), a remote access program, or configure your pc to share all the folders you need and open the ports needed to access files on your pc.
