Pretty much this: Every computer game I play it will DC me randomly and then maybe, if it wants to, come back. It shows that i am connected to the internet sometimes and sometimes it doesnt. Either way it DCs me though and I have to either go unplug everything, or sometimes just wait for it to come back. I dont know what the issue is but i have been dealing with this for YEARS and I've had just about enough.
Lets get to information so you guys can help me solve this problem.
I am on Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit op
Time capsule Router(which i think is the problem[the settings])
Rosewill wireless Lan card
and i cant think of anything else.
Time Capsule Info:
Ports are open for the games
Radio mode: 802.11n(802.11b/g compatible)
2-4 Wireless clients typically (2 Macbooks, my PC, and a iPad)
This is where it gets confusing....
WNO: Multicast Rate 2Mbps
Transmit Power: 50%
WPA Group Key Timeout: 2 hours
not closed network (but we have a WPA2 Personal password)
Maybe its something with the DHCP also.
I dont know much about Networking but I would think someone would. Anyway just asking for some1 to help me set up a Default work information to set it so my PC and read it correctly and im not DCing in the middle of a game.
Thanks, Nick
