Which Mac Mini do you have?
When does it lock up?
What version of OSX?
What do you have attached and how?

Sorry, I should have typed in more details..

Which Mac Mini do you have? MacMini 2010 version.
When does it lock up? All the time, I never really know when as I use it as a media hub.
What version of OSX? Lion with latest updates.
What do you have attached and how? Nothing is attached. I just use it as a media hub to stream content to my appleTVs.

Regards,
Simon

The errors you've posted are mainly iTunes based.

Let's start with the basics.
Run disk permissions and verify disk from disk utility.

Then consider and iTunes re-install. This is just the app not your data.
