Having trouble with a couple of songs transferring to iTunes...

I am not sure if this is where this post should be but I wanted to get some older music off of my old ipod and put on my mac. (Running OS X 10.5 PPC) I used Senuti to get the music on my computer. Well, I dragged and dropped all of my songs into the iTunes library and for some reason I have a couple of songs that arent dropping into the library. I wonder what is going on. Is there something I could be doing wrong, wrong format, another way? Thank you for any help I can get! Thanks.

Running iTunes 10.5.2 (11) just in case thats needed.

They are likely to be DRM'd files I would guess. See if you can "get info" on the songs in question.

I looked under info but I cant tell if they are DRM'd files. Where would I look and what am I looking for? I am still learning how to use this Mac. LOL. Brand new switcher.
