Recently purchased HughesNet for internet access. My G4 will not connect to the wireless router. NetGear 300N, System is older and has connected successfully to Charter Cable in Dallas, but not to this new system. All other computers function fine..
Any suggestions???

Your G4 wireless is likely limited to the older technology "B" rather than the later "G" or "N" standards. I have the same problem with an older Toshiba Satellite notebook and can not use it with my more modern router.

You may be able to access the router's internal menu and change that. Did HughesNet give you a manual with the router? Otherwise you'll need to hook up the G4 via ethernet.
