Vibrating Macbook Pro

I'm putting in a cd into my macbook and the mb vibrates a lot. Is that normal?

Mine does the same and it doesnt bother me. if you feel there is a problem then call or take it to apple.

I think a little vibration is expected - a 'Lot' - not so much. If you've noticed a difference in vibration since the drop you might want to take it in. Of course - it's just the optical drive - so you can always just let it vibrate itself to death and then pick up one fairly cheaply I'd expect.

Mine has a slight vibration when I put disks in too, but anything big may be a problem. I'd call apple or take it to the apple store if you can to make sure.

Sometimes the disc itself is the cause of the vibration and/or noise, especially if it is off-balance.
