After signing in to Microsoft online services tool and using the email and calender services, at random times outlook 2011 displays this message:
the server for account "msol-<email address>' returned the error "logon failure: unknown user name or bad password"your username/password or security settings may be incorrect. Would you like to try re-entering your password?"
I will then be disconnected from outlook and have to sign out of Microsoft online,wait for several minutes,and then log into Microsoft online/exchange for outlook with no issues whatsoever.
Anyone come across a fix for this?
