Hi, not sure if this is the right area to post but anyway....
I work in a school which is currently running 4 yr old G3 600mhz iMacs in the computer labs. A recent probem we have been having is the Users folder always filling up the hard disks (9GB free when fresh). I know it is due to Mac OS X writing library files for each user who logs on. Were runnin 10.3.9 running on a windows 2003 server. Question is: is there a simple way to prevent libraries from being written...or....having them automatically empty when a user logs off?
At the end of this year, we are upgrading to G4 eMacs on 10.4. Whats Tiger's ability to manage user libraries??
Suggestions are appreciated.
Cheers.
