NAS Recommendations

Hi Forum Members - I am looking to purchase a NAS (Network Addressable Storage) for my home network and would like some recommendations for the following applications:

- store music and video files to stream via iTunes, ATV and Sonos applications

I have a 2TB Time Capsule but want to keep that for backup of the house Mac's and don't think that the Capsule is good at pushing content (better for pulling for backup).

Any suggestions on an ethernet NAS (gigabit switch) that would be good for streaming audio and video on a home network?

I have a D-Link DNS-323 w/2 1Tb drives in RAID. Mainly use it for storage, but with FileBrowser APP on my iPad I can also scream video to my ATV2.

Works pretty well.
