Moving iPod to my Mac ...

Now that I have a Mac I want to make it the computer I sync my iPod to. I went to do it and iTunes tells me everything will be wiped from it to sync to my Mac.I am fine with that except for losing my spot in my games. How do I back up the saves before I sync it to the Mac?

If that doesnt work use itunes to back it up by right clicking the ipod in itunes and hitting back up. also for music use this:expod for Mac - Free software downloads and software reviews - CNET Download.com

I wound up just syncing it to the mac and losing all my spots. I redownloaded all the apps on the mac and everything is back I just don't have my game saves (the one I miss the most is my Crusade of Destiny, I was pretty far into that. Oh well, at least I am all synced up with my Mac now.
