Automator and Mail

Is there a way I can use automator to send an email (with the same subject/body to the same person) on a daily basis? I tried and I do not understand how to work automator.

Hmm, yes it was supposed to be this amazing program that made our life's so much more easier but so far I haven't found a single use for it. it seems very limited to me, pity.

I shall have a play in a bit. It does have its uses, I have an automator script to convert a selection of images to JPEG and resize them to 300 pixels wide. Handy in that respect.
