Toolbar HELP!

my toolbar has different icons than usual and their is a black line going across the top with dots all along the rest. How do I fix it?

2.66ghz Intel Core i7 8GB 1067 MHz
i would try uninstalling safari and then re install it. Before you uninstall it make sure you download either another browser or make sure you got a safari download. Then go into applications and right click onto safari and move to trash. Once this is done i would restart the mac and then install your downloaded file and see if that works.

Menu bar settings are in the system user interface.

Go to ~/Library/Preferences and find com.apple.systemuiserver.plist

Drag that to your Desktop and Restart the computer.
