If you go into your settings you should see an option to have the pager make no sound!

Thank you so much! This worked for me! I never knew D2L had a pager! None of my teachers have ever used it until now! I was trying to schedule an appointment with the genius bar, but now I dont need to. Thank you Thank you Thank you! :D
