Website Builder Options

Hi Everyone,

I have to build a website that's similar to Yelp or Groupon, but at a smaller scale for a class project. I have some coding & database knowledge, but I would prefer more of a drag/drop builder. What builders do you recommend (doesn't have to be free)?
