Viewing my imac camera on my mobile free

Hey all. With Christmas just passing I've become paranoid that someone is going to break into my home. I have a Droid X2 and the app to view a webcam over IP. Does anyone know how I can find the IP for my camera? Thanks for your time ...

Probably should have mentioned I have an Inaccurate with the internal camera in the monitor.
