iTunes at work

iTunes on my work laptop is not letting me play music that I've stored in the cloud via iTunes match... It will let me play one song that is stored locally on my work laptop, but nothing in the cloud and i also cant download anything to this machine...

I've got a good internet connection
I have this computer "authorized"
iTunes is version 10.5.2.11

What am I doing wrong?

MBP 17" 2011, 2.3GHz Intel Quad-Core i7, 8GB RAM, MacMini 2011, 2.7GHz Intel Dual-Core i7, 8GB RAM
Depending on where you work, you may not be able to access the iCloud servers. Where I work, we have locked all that down and no one can stream, even if they are not in the office.

Other than that, have you enabled Match on that laptop? It is different than just Authorizing.

ok...

I turned off iTunes match and turned it back on... it connected to the cloud and said I had 19,000 songs not in my library (that's the correct nuber), now everything seems to be back...

when in doubt restart!
