First of all,

sorry if this thread has already been said, but i am having difficulty setting my iphone 4 up with my macbook pro. Basically, i got a new laptop and my iphone currently syncs off the old home computer, i have home sharing enabled however i am not sure how to correctly get my iphone and itunes library data onto the new macbook pro. I did manage to import my whole library from the home desktop to the macbook pro using home share, but i dont know how to get my iphone data and the rest of my itunes data. If someone could please point me in the right direction, or even give me a step by step guide it would be greatly appreciated as it's driving me mad. Also i backed up my iphone to icloud if that helps. Sorry if i'm digging up an old thread.

Cheers,

John.

You need the Backup Folder for your iPhone from your old computer copied to your MacBook Pro. I have seen an article recently on the location and what exactly to move recently (now I just have to remember where). If I find it, I will post back with a link.

EDIT: I think this is it.
