Hey!

I have a late-2011 MBP which I upgraded with a Samsung 230 SSB with 255Gb of space. After using this for a while I noticed that my disk space seemed to be gone somehow. I checked used space with Disk Inventory X to find where the space has gone, but it only reports 100Gb used. At the same time OSX itself reports around 200Gb of disk usage (screenshot below). I've enabled TRIM as per How to enable SSD TRIM support in Apple OS X Lion | Computer Repairs Perth | Apple Mac Computer Help Perth - Mac and PC support on-Site in the Perth Metro Area but that didn't help.

Anyone has any ideas what to do?? Help!

Solved by running Disk Utility from a recovery disk and repairing the disk. Seems like lots of orphaned file entries?
Anyway, works now!
