The actual click wheel work as far as pressing in the sides, but the sensor for volume and going through the menu doesn't pick up my finger anymore. Everything else works perfectly as far as the actual ipod is concerned. Thanks

You probably have a Hard Ware problem. Take it to an apple store and get it checked out.
