Any very simple programs that make pictures look like cartoons or drawings?

I think Graphic Converter has filters for that....

Since you have a PowerBook, you need to install it, it comes with the pro Macs.

You can do this by installing bundled apps from disc 1 of your restore DVDs.

Graphic Converter can be installed from there.

Not sure if it does the effect I am thinking of but what you may want is something to do edge detection with a posterise filter - that usually works well.

I should note the best way to cartoonise images is do to a lot of the work yourself :flower:

Photoshop or Illustrator. In CS2 the Live Trace does pretty good conversions.
