I have a Macbook Pro. What is the best way to charge it in order to prolong it's life? Should I wait until it's almost dead or just charge it anytime. I use it everyday.

Generally, the first time should be a full charge, and then a full discharge. After that, you can charge in bursts, but it is recommended to do a full cycle recharge and discharge at least once a month.
This applies to all rechargeable batteries/devices, and is how I have preserved my iPod battery so well (see other post!).
The biggest killer of batteries is constant short charging, as they do have "memory".
