Adding a plugin to itunes

Hi! I want to add a plugin to itunes, and everywhere i look people say to put it in /Library/iTunes/iTunes Plug-ins but i can't find or get there, I need like a video, or step by step directions, Help PLEASE?:\

I don't know what to tell you. On my machine, I have a Library folder at the root directory. Inside it is a folder called iTunes. Inside that is a folder called iTunes Plug-Ins.

hey, I just figured it out yesterday, I was looking at it when something was selected to the left, but figured out i have to click it from the desktop, not the application icon.
