So I am debating getting some kind of shell or case for my MBA because I don't want to scratch the thing up in my briefcase. The one thing that has always been neat about Mac's is their resale value when you do upgrade, but you have to make sure that the thing stays in great condition.* 
So I have found a ton of options, but the one that I am leaning towards is the booq Viper.

Does anyone have any experience with the brand or other recommendations?
*The necessary disclaimer: I also happen to be quite the perfectionist and in all honesty if I own the notebook until it will no longer run, I still would get irked by a nick or two every moment I noticed them. I know that it's not a museum exhibit, but I still want to take care of it.
