I'm looking into getting one of those apps for iOS which allows me to sync with my Outlook since Apple Mail just jumbles all of me emails together and I can't seem to organize them correctly. Anyways, all of the apps I have found all require an Outlook Exchange server settings. So I'm curious, how do I go about doing so with Outlook 2011?

I mix my work (Exchange) email with several Gmail accounts just fine. In case you didn't realize, you can select just one inbox at a time...
