Not able to print: /usr/libexec/cups/filter/foomatic-rip failed

Hi All,

I recently installed an old HP CP1215 printer on a Windows PC and set it up to network share. The printer itself is not a network printer so i am trying to use the Windows PC as a print server and network print through my Macbook Pro. I was able to install and find the HP CP1215 laser printer. The only problem is whenever I try to print anything I receive an error:
/usr/libexec/cups/filter/foomatic-rip failed

When I go here http://127.0.0.1:631/admin/log/error_log?
this is what I see:

Does anyone know what is going on? I'm trying to get this thing going but getting pretty frustrated.

Can anyone please help point me in the right direction. Googling has not helped.
