I have a 12" ibook and it won't boot up. Was told to use the system resore disk but don't have one. Where can I get one?

2017 15" MBP, 16gig ram, 1TB SSD, OS 10.15
You can either try calling Apple via their 800 number (and give them your model #)...or purchase an OS install disk of your choice off e-Bay (probably 10.4 or 10.5).
