Help! iPhoto update created 45,000 new files -- which to save? Dropbox wants to back

I recently updated to iPhoto '11. My computer created over 45,000 new files as a result, all of which it's trying to synch onto my Dropbox backup, which has filled up my Dropbox. Which files can I delete of these 45,000+ new? Thanks.
