Christmas Day activation numbers suggest iOS topped Android by 1.6M

New data from a variety of sources suggests the combination of the iPhone, iPad and iPod touch was enough for iOS activations to top Google Android on Christmas Day by more than 1.6 million units.

No surprise there. Why buy an Android when you can have a real iOS device from Apple. ;D

Thats a whole lotta iPod Touch... :)

And I guess iPads and iPhones as well. But given some of the amazing deals that were out there for the Touch, I am not shocked to see that kind of disparity at all.
