Hello. This is a hecka basic question I'm sure, and I promise I did try to search before typing this; What are my options to transer files between my G4 (Tower of Power) and my new ibook? I do not have an Airport card in my G4 so I can't do the wireless thing. Is there a cable that can connect the two or will I just have to burn things to CD to install them onto my ibook? I've been a Mac desktop user since forever but the laptop thing is a whole new world for me.

Any help appreciated!

a simple ethernet cable should solve the problem.
enable personal file sharing in system preferences>sharing.
