MacBook pro won't start. Frozen, tried /sbin/flack -f then exit?

Hi, I'm having trouble with my MacBook pro, I've tried doing what these threads said to do but nothing :/

My MacBook pro won't turn on it'll start up, I hear the ding but when it gets to the pale blue/grey screen with the little apple sign and the spinning thing on the bottom it freezes there.

I tired turning it off then back on again, still nothing. So I tried turning it bak on holding option and I hit the arrow, still nothing.

So I looked up some trouble shooting and someone said to do this:

9) File System Check - When booting up your computer hold down the Apple Key & the S key and it will boot into single user mode. When the text is done loading on the screen type in /sbin/fsck -f and hit enter.
When that is done if it fixed things then do the check again to make sure it is cleared
When finished with that type in exit and it will start the computer in normal mode

I ran it and it says my HD appears to be ok so I typed in exit and now it seems to be frozen again.

The last line of text on my screen is:
en:1 Supported channels 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 36 40 44 48 52 56 60 64 149 153 157 161 165

And it's been stuck like this for 10 minutes or so.

I have snow leopard but that's pretty much all I know, since I can't check but if there's something else you need to know that would help I will try to find out.
