Is there a program that will e-mail someone on a certain day that you set up before hand.....

This could probably be done using Automator. Is the message the same each time?

You can set an automatic eMail as a To Do item in iCal. Just set it up as the "alarm" option (when the "alarm" goes off, it sends the eMail)

Of course, this depends on your computer being on and logged in when the "alarm" goes off.
