I will be upgrading to the new Apple 4S IPhone and was wondering how to transfer my pics, contacts, etc to the new phone?

When I plugged my new phone in, it asked if I wanted to restore from a previous backup. If you're using iTunes for that.. it should just transfer.

Hi..so you are saying since I've plugged my current IPhone into ITunes on my Mac, by doing that it had downloaded all my contacts, pics, etc? I know ITunes sync up with my IPhone, but I've never seen my contacts and pics on my computer. How do I locate that information on my Mac to be sure they are there?
