Accounting software

I have a small business and I would like to use my iMac to do the accounting. Can anyone recommend some good accounting software for small business purposes, or for that matter, any software to stay away from. I am staggered at the lack of choice in software from my research so far.

I use QuickBooks to manage the church business.

Doesn't the iMac come with Quicken 2005? I use it and it came with my iBook in January.
