Dear Forum,
I recently upgraded my late 2007 2,1 Macbook from Tiger to Snow Leopard 10.6.8 with a clean install. Now my old style, white remote control does not work.
There is only a "Disable IR remote control" and "Pair" option within Security: remote does not pair and this is no "unpair" option.
I have also tried this in "Safe Mode" startup.
Remote Buddy confirms that the IR receiver works and the remote is flashing in the iSight.
Would greatly appreciate a solution to this problem as I need the use of my remote control.
